WWOOFing
Patterns in budding Fragipani

Willing Workers on Organic Farms, is an Australian wide scheme where travellers who wish to experience and learn about farm life, work with their host in exchange for food and accommodation.

As a registered host (WN/003), WWOOFing with us is an ideal way for people passionate about Permaculture to gain valuable 'hands-on' skills.

WWOOFers are involved in the day to day activities in the running of our farm. We ask WWOOFers to work a five day-a-week/eight-hour day and share the household chores including cooking and cleaning.

WWOOFers need to be aware that during our summer months, January to March, temperatures can exceed 40°C and are very windy and dry. Much of our work by neccessity is physical and outdoors. Winter is mild with day temperatures generally in the mid 20's and a more suitable time for WWOOFers unaccustomed to working in hot weather to visit.

As hosts we have been fortunate to share our lives and aspiration for 'real-world' Permaculture with enthusiastic WWOOFers from many walks of life.
We thank you all.
