Nursery Plants

Our nursery annually grows for sale more than 30,000 tube-stock and larger sized high quality local endemic native plants and useful permaculture plants. We use natural predators such as ladybirds and frogs to eliminate the need for pesticides and we weed by hand instead of using herbicides. All plants are sun and wind hardened before sale.

Our prices vary according to the difficulty in growing the species of plant, size, rarity and how many you require. We often grow contract orders which need to be confirmed by the December prior to the following year's winter/planting season.

Most of our natives are available in 50x50x125mm tall straight seperate tubes which produce air-pruned long linear root systems which lead to improved success in transplanting. We collect most of our own seed locally and select for good form and vigour.

Our garden ornamental and mutli-use permaculture plants, available in 3, 5 and 20 litre bags, have been specially grown for our dryland climate following years of research. Together with local natives and appropriate Permaculture design - beautiful, comfortable and edible landscapes in dryland climates are possible.
